Cancellations closer to or during the retreat receive a full refund, minus the $75.00 cancellation fee, ONLY IF THE PARTICIPANT'S SPACE CAN BE FILLED by an available waiting list participant.
Please understand that the bulk of our advertising occurs in the early months of the year and artists usually have their summers planned out by early spring. This is a small, intimate retreat and is hard to fill at the last minute. Thank you for your understanding.
